About the event
From Thursday 1 to Saturday 31 October, the restaurants of Sulzano hold the 22nd Sagra del Cinghiale (wild boar festival), in cooperation with the Associazione Ristoranti Sulzano.
The festival is aimed at people who enjoy culinary traditions, folklore and local food. It runs for four weeks. The participating restaurants each offer their own wild boar menus, created specially for the event and in keeping with each restaurant's own style of cooking.
