About the event
On Sunday 8 November 2026 the 6th Giornata del Ringraziamento takes place in Provaglio d'Iseo. It is organised by the Unità Pastorale Ss. Giovanni XIII e Paolo VI of Provaglio, Provezze and Fantecolo, with the patronage of the Comune.
The day began as a way to thank the Lord for the harvest and to celebrate an old rite of farming tradition that marks the close of the agricultural year. For some years now it has been part of Provaglio's popular events.
Tractors gather along the market area of Via Sebina from 8.30, where a farmer's breakfast is offered free to everyone present. After Mass at 10.00, the tractors are blessed at 10.30 and then drive through the streets of Provaglio, Provezze and Fantecolo. The parade is due to arrive at the Oratorio di Provaglio at 12.00, where an aperitif is served.
